About NEXORA

What we do

NEXORA Contracting and Operations provides integrated industrial contracting, mechanical, electrical, fabrication, plant installation and maintenance solutions for industrial operations across Saudi Arabia.

We work for factories and process plants, crusher plants and quarries, mining and construction companies, EPC and main contractors, and industrial facilities that need engineering capability available when equipment stops.

How we are organised

Industrial problems rarely respect discipline boundaries. A crusher that stops producing may be a mechanical fault, an electrical fault, or a structure that has shifted. When those disciplines sit with three separate contractors, the first cost is not the repair — it is the time spent establishing whose scope it is.

NEXORA is organised to remove that gap. Mechanical, electrical, fabrication and machining capability sit inside one company and work from one scope of work with one point of responsibility. The team that diagnoses a fault can usually also manufacture the part that fixes it.

Workshop and site

Our capability is split between workshop and site. In the workshop we rewind and repair motors and generators, build and repair control panels, machine shafts, gears and replacement components, and fabricate enclosures, structures, chutes, tanks and industrial rooms. On site we install and commission plant and equipment, execute mechanical and electrical works, erect steel structures and piping, and carry out planned and breakdown maintenance.

How we work

• Scope before price. We confirm what the work actually involves before quoting, so the scope does not change once the job has started.
• Measurement over assumption. Electrical tests, alignment readings and inspection findings are recorded and reported.
• Root cause, not symptom. Equipment that has failed repeatedly is investigated for the underlying cause as part of the repair.
• Planned around production. Programmes are built around your operating hours and shutdown windows.
