Industrial Piping & Pipe Spool Services
Pipe spool fabrication and installation, industrial piping fabrication, mechanical piping works and site piping installation for plants and projects.
Piping is one of the most schedule-sensitive parts of an industrial project: it connects equipment that has already been installed, and any error in a spool is discovered at the worst possible moment. NEXORA fabricates pipe spools in the workshop and installs piping on site, so the fabrication and the fit-up are the responsibility of the same team.
Pipe Spool Fabrication
Spools are fabricated from isometric drawings, cut, bevelled, fitted and welded in a controlled workshop environment, then marked, finished and delivered in installation sequence.
Site Piping Installation
Site work covers setting out, support installation, spool erection, alignment, bolting and welding, and connection to equipment. Supports, brackets and hangers are fabricated by NEXORA where required.
